[Touch-packages] [Bug 1591736] [NEW] Pulseaudio fails to detect card, but shows up in alsa [HP Pavilion Notebook, Realtek ALC3241, Speaker, Internal, Headphones]

Public bug reported: Pulseaudio fails to detect card, only shows "dummy output", anyway alsa recognizes it well. I tried restarting pulseaudio with sudo killall pulseaudio pulseaudio -k and it works, but its annoing to type this command every time i restart the computer, i need a real solution
