fix from the upgraded sqlite3 package.

refuses to fix the regression on the LTS Trusty because they cannot
identify the failure-inducing patches. What kind of support is this if
the LTS Version has critical regressions unfixed after half a year? I

My workaround obviously is to run it under LC_ALL=C regime and move on,
because I'm savvy enough. But I cannot possibly take responsibility for
every project that I encounter that is in need of love (maintainer,
translator, whatever).

running telinit u causes init to re-exec itself.
It loses all process state information in the process, so that services can no
longer be stopped/restarted, and restart or start will either start a daemon
twice or fail to start it as a consequence.
There needs to be a way
More importantly, -fuse-ld=gold per apt-get changelog binutils, here,
does NOT work:

* New upstream snapshot.
- Fix PR ld/15762, glibc being built without warning sections.
* Set the libdir for arm64 to lib, not lib64.
* Stop building
The only difference that -B makes is running /usr/lib/gold-ld/ld instead
of /usr/bin/ld
