I'm also affected by this bug. I've tried many different things that I
described in another bug report:

For me it's not the case with the amd drivers. The same bug is there on
a clean install of Ubuntu too.

This bug is refers to the AOC monitor, which shows the picture nice, just the
blurryness of the icons and low quality of font rendering is present.
The bug 1607445 deals with TV-tuner I have at work.
