We've been discussing rfkill on the duplicate bug (#1922338). The rfkill output
from just after boot was:

GNOME lock screen wallpaper tur

After every reboot bluetooth doesn't work. The GNOME bluetooth on/off switch
can be changed but doesn't have any effect - no devices are shown.
Output from systemctl after reboot:

Everything seems to be fine after running the following command:
