[amdgpu] intermittent green static
Status in linux package in Ubu
The issue eventually occurred with the bleeding edge mesa, but it took a
week.
I've since reverted to the kinetic mesa and tried mainline 5.18 and 5.17
kernels, but the issue continues to appear with those kernels.
For now I'm just running the jammy kernel, since that seems to work
without static
This might be addressed in 22.10, by this MR in the gnome-shell package.

daemon seems to be working normally now.

In the generic kernel CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED is still enabled. It was
only disabled for the lowlatency kernel.

In a virtual machine I can reproduce this by installing pulseaudio and
docker.io.
