w doesn't show
I just did a small test (extracting and changing LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the
correct version) with procps_4.0.4-7ubuntu1_amd64.deb and
libproc2-0_4.0.4-7ubuntu1_amd64.deb.
And that shows the same behaviour as the procps (4.0.4-4ubuntu3.2) and
libproc2-0 (2:4.0.4-4ubuntu3.2) from the OS installation.

The who workaround is a partial workaround, as that doesn't show the "WHAT" and
CPU columns.
Besides that, "w" is in muscle memory, "who -u -H" isn't :-)
