Oh, you are right. I booted into the 5.15.0-23-generic kernel and the WiFi instability went away. I've been using it for a few hours now and I would have seen the issue by now. I checked the logs and the update to 5.15.0-25-generic was installed on 6 April, 2022 which correlates roughly when I star
