@saviq: I'm not convinced the unity8-greeter should be the "real" login
experience for unity8 on classic.
When we start shipping u8 as the default we would still want to keep u7
installed as a fallback, but we can't if we install u8-greeter.

I understand that the card type used in the soundcloud scope does not support
inline playback just yet, so we should either add that to the card (in unity8),
or we should make the scope use the right card type.

I reproduced this bug, and can clearly see that it's a bug in click
itself.
steps:
- uninstall some package that's installed in the base image (eg: telegram 1.2)
- install it back from the store (eg: telegram 2.0)
- uninstall it once more
- try to see if the package is registered for the current u
