Ok it's not related to Mesa.
The crash happens if Privacy Screen has been used.
If it has been used, the session crashes to login screen and after that
switching the privacy screen no longer works until a reboot. So it will
stay in whatever mode it was before suspending.
It could even be related
Unfortunately I've received no response from NVIDIA's networking team on
this matter. Since their validation was what I had planned to use to
verify this SRU, I suppose it is now time to mark this "Won't Fix". If
anyone wants to continue to push for this and has an alternate
validation plan, please

I have the same problem: All my Ubuntu 24.10 PCs are unable to connect
to Wi-Fi WPA2 PEAP (by checking the box "no CA certificate is required")
and MSCHAPv2 authentication.
The system asks me for the password, as if the one entered was not
correct (while it is the right password that is entered).
After upgrading to kisak-mesa fresh, I was not able to get the crash
reproduced again, for now at least. It was a bit sporadic before though
too, but never this many times it succeeeded.
