The changes for Focal had a syntax error (double ';;' lines, not present
in Jammy) which causes debootstrap to fail early and silently, even for
a previously working series.

By default bind will listen on all interfaces. I don't understand why
we're not seeing anything listening on 192.168.122.1 but you are still
getting the error message.
I suggest adding a listen-on directive to your
/etc/bind/named.conf.options file, restarting bind, and seeing if
libvirt will now

I think we originally broke this out into a tmpfile since the openssh-
server.postinst was calling sshd -G to parse config. However, with the
sshd-socket-generator approach, we don't call sshd directly anymore, so
we could probably just go back to setting RuntimeDirectory=/run/sshd in
ssh.service.
Can you please run apport-collect 2055720? There are some ubuntu-
release-upgrader logs that would be helpful to have. This will also
attach your apt sources etc. which make things easier to understand.

suddenly pick different proxies when running as a service. It does
respect your http_proxy and no_proxy variables. Please note that while
http_proxy does not override Acquire::http::proxy, no_proxy does. It
