This appears to be either a hardware problem or a bug in the Nvidia
driver. I think most likely it's due to insufficient HDMI cable
bandwidth. Please ensure you are using an HDMI 2.1 certified cable
capable of at least 40 Gbit/s. An HDMI 2.0 cable will not be good
enough
