Apparently downgrading to the version of sudo in impish solves the
problem, which means a change in sudo caused this.

It also affects me in Kubuntu 22.04 in both Muon and Discover. A work-
around (besides the one mentioned above) is to open Settings --> System
Settings --> Driver Manager and put in the password when prompted. That
will open to the Drivers tab, but you can open any of the other tabs
from there.

I have 2 screen (Dell).
Since having upgraded to 22.04, one of them struggles to come back after a lock.
Sometimes takes a few seconds, sometimes it is ok and sometimes it takes longer.
I have found that if I do Ctrl-Alt-F1... the screen comes back.

Thanks. Not really a bug thus, I need to provide rmd160 digests in
some workflow. This is a work-around and a good reason to discuss the
issue upstream.
