Not sure why it doesn't reproduce on RPi 4, but I guess as described on
GitHub, might be because of assembly instructions that work on RPi 4 and
not in some virtualized environments (both binfmt and Docker under macOS
M1 are virtualization technologies).

The apt(8) command automatically waits for a lock for 120 seconds (non-
interactive) or infinitely.
The apt-get(8) command can be configured to wait as well by passing the
-o DPkg::Lock::Timeout=, where
may also be -1 for infinite.
This avoids any races you
since all packages are now rebuild against liburing2 that need to be,

Ok, removing fluidsynth from jammy-proposed for now, please be sure to
re-introduce it once the other transitions make it through.
I checked the rdeps of libfluidsynth3 from -proposed though, and it seems we
have two packages in jammy-proposed that have been rebuilt to now depend on
libfluidsynt

Sorry false alarm. The initrd I use to test is from arm64 live ISO and
it is compressed by zstd which not installed. With zstd installed
unmkinitramfs works fine too.
