Me also, 10 months after the last post and still a problem.
3 weeks, 7 different distro's and now another one that makes it hard to enjoy
Linux.
It is frustrating and the only one I've tried with a sound is
bump. thinkpad x1 5th gen carbon.

I confirm that searches work with the updated package. However, tracker-
miner-fs and tracker-extract get removed when installing because of the
update to libtracker-control and libtracker-sparql. This should be fixed
before backporting.

Hi all. @jsl1 . I have found a workaround which worked for me.
- clean install
- usb stick with 20.10
1. boot usb
2. Select LIVE boot (don't install right away)
3. When in linux run apt update && apt upgrade
4. Run the install-linux on desktop
5. When asked, do no select "third party drivers"
