network card (8087:0029), I resolved this issue by following @Hui Wang's
instruction
ibt-20-1-3.sfi and ibt-20-1-3.ddc from 20.10 driver
HSP/HSF was greyed out before but is now available and functioning after
powering off and on a
Please check that you don't have 'timidity' installed.
If the problem continues then please try a higher kernel version like
this one:

Rsync in Ubuntu 20.10 fails when /proc isn't mounted, while it worked before.
This happens because AC_CHECK_FUNC(lchmod) returns "yes" in 20.10, while it
returned "no" before.
Steps to reproduce:

$ chroot /mnt rsync -a
After confirming the behavior around SystemV timezones and changed
timezones, tzdata 2020d-0ubuntu0.12.04 and tzdata 2020d-
