I found a fix that works for me:

I execute that just prior to any debconf steps.
E.g. I use this on my headless systems around my home:
export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive

apt-get -y autoclean
apt-get -y autorem

In my opinion this bug can be set to invalid.
In the linked question #684013 it became evident, that (for whatever reason)
/vmlinuz was a dangling symlink pointing to a non-existing kernel version. So
python's output islink:true and isfile:false is fully correct.

I have just updated from bionic-proposed and everything is fine, as I
see the problem was fixed since kernel 4.15.0-62, so the patch for mesa
can be safely dropped.

few crashes involving sudo. To be exact, couple of files names
_usr_bin_sudo.N.crash
Logically, I've tried uploading those to Ubuntu error tracker using

FWIW, I was able to use WPS push botton with 19.10 as of today. There was a
