1) We now have successfully rebuilt all reverse dependencies in the PPA.
2) I have checked whether Qt WebEngine 5.12 builds fine against Qt 5.11

wifi service stops occasionally: ('?' in the top right icon). an old bug
that disappeared a few updates back, back now after yesterday's update.
'service network-manager restart' gets it working again. annoying as i
thought it gone.

Running Ubuntu 18.10 on my HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 I noticed, that the fn key
combinations are only working partially.
What works: Volume up/down/mute, Airplane mode
What doesn't work: Brigtness up/down, microphone mute, fn-Keys indicator lights

installed iso reboots into the install partition everything works as normal..
reboot into sda1 .. grub-install /dev/sda then update-grub then reboot .. back
into the fresh install partition ..

I proposed a fix upstream [1]. A workaround can be added to apport to
workaroud this while polkit is fixed upstream: we could for example
spawn pkttyagent manually (a similar approach is used by systemd).

Maybe the keepalive defaults got changed?

issue.
