My apologies if this is the wrong package to file this bug against...
I just installed 18.04 on a new machine. Very conveniently, it found my
Dell C2665dnf printer and set up an ipp printer for it. Unfortunately,
the printer configuration doesn't work. Printing a test page
I have this exact same problem too. Upgraded from 16.04 (which ran just
fine) to 18.04, now get a 30 second delay before boot, with this "failed
to connect to lvmetad. Falling back to device scanning Gave up waiting
for suspend/resume" error.

This dependency is in Qt5Gui_QWaylandEglPlatformIntegrationPlugin.cmake.
It is shipped in libqt5waylandcompositor5-dev, not in qtbase5-dev, so I
am reassigning this bug accordingly.
