Need to pre-depend on stuff used by system

1) Regarding crash files, you would not want to attach them, as they may
contain sensitive information you don't want to reveal publicly.
Instead, one may report them in a privacy respectful way via a terminal:
ubuntu-bug /var/crash/FILENAME.crash
where FILENAME is the name of the crash
i tried all the possibilities that i found online even to install invidia
because they told me that there might help installing some important files.
now it doesn't allow me to use the GUI i can use only command line. i
tried many ways to restore the original drivers but i could not restore
them.

Similar problem for me. Dell E6530, Ubuntu 18.04
Downgraded to 4.13 headers as suggested above, disabled bluetooth in
BIOS as suggested by others. Neither workaround helped. Computer still
producing excess heat and systemd-udevd climbs to nearly 100% CPU usage
gradually from startup.

It seems, that I've had the same/similar problem with AppArmor and
'usr.lib.snapd.snap-confine.real' profile [1]. The strange thing was,
that I couldn't change the enforcement mode for any profile! For example
Firefox etc.
Please edit this profile and check if this line is commented.

I am seeing the exact same problem on a Samsung NP900X3G after the most
recent kernel update for Ubuntu 16.04. It works fine on 4.13.0-41 but
with 4.13.0-43 I am seeing the same horizontal lines as Thomas. Maybe
this helps to find where the problem got introduced.

A whole year later I'm still affected by this bug with Kubuntu 18.04.
No volume notification shows up in kde but audio playback still skips about
