Hi,
I am having ubuntu 16.04 long after ms. I have a usb duplex Canon ImageClass D
520 printer which worked well until I used MS. But not now. I got this message
when I follow some discussions here.
cups : Depends: libcups2 (= 2.1.3-4) but 2.1.3-4ubuntu0.2 is to be install
Update:
- I had an almost full /boot:
After cleaning it and running update-mkinitramfs (which completed ok) I did:
dpkg --configure -a
This finished ok.
Then rebooted.
I am on 14.04 now. Seems ok now.
sudo apt-get update works
sudo apt-get upgrade works.

I installed HWE kernel on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS laptop and now it crashes

that also suggests the fix was released before the bug was reported :)
