I've just flashed clean images of OTA-11 from the stable channel onto a
BQ Aquaris E4.5 (krillin) and a Nexus 4 (mako). In both cases the phones
can see the wifi networks but can't connect to any of them any more.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm talking about real freezes when I need to kill
and restart manually.

I downgraded libnl3 to 3.2.21-1 and network-manager to
0.9.8.8-0ubuntu7.1 in order to test the upgrade procedure.
When I hold network-manager, libnl3 doesn't get installed.

the fix for Bug #1575572 released yesterday turns the situation from bad
to worse from my experience. Since I saw this on i686 only before, I am
experiencing this also on amd64 since installing t
Tyler said that he would update the apparmor ibus abstraction for this
change, which will be required to not break ibus in evince and
webbrowser-app. As such, I'm going to mark this as 'verification-failed'
then adjust im-config to Breaks with apparmor less than the version
Tyler is uploading.
