First I have gone outside and check this on the phone: System Settings>
Security and Privacy> Location access> Using GPS, anonymized Wi-Fi and
cellular network info. And after that I reboot.

workaround, if we make the file attribute changes in #25, is this the
only thing that needs to be done? Can we also change chown root:root to
dhcpd:dhcpd for /var/lib/dhcp/* in isc-dhcp-server.conf, too?

I just checked my Nexus5 and it the Emergency Dialer rejects the call
immediately if the number entered is not an emergency number. I didn't
go so far as checking the RIL trace, but as the dialog pops up right
away, it's doubtful it initiated a call and got a response from the
network

Then if named listens on 0.0.0.0 makes sense it would glom onto the
lxcbr0 address too.

As per anoter IRC conversation,
* tested kernel 3.8.0 final (3.8.0-030800) and AUDIO BREAKS (it was hard
to reproduced, seems like the underruns are less "extreme"). See verbose
pulseaudio log please.
* tested kernel 3.7.0 final (3.7.0-030700) and audio does not break
(attached log the same).

Even restarting Xorg doesn't fix this, only a reboot resolves it.
com/canonical/unity/integrated-menus/double-click-wait is set to the
default (0ms)
If I set it to 300ms, then menu opening is delayed by 300ms but step 6
(The window restores to non-maximised size) occurs immediately upon
clicking
