It seems the issue only happens when at least 2 threads are waiting for
the wait condition (that gets triggered by pa_threaded_mainloop_signal).
When I'm unable to make it to crash, it always shows only one thread
waiting the signal.
So my current theory is that there might be issues when calling

used by pa_threaded_mainloop_lock, pa_threaded_mainloop_unlock and
pa_threaded_mainloop_wait.
As the pulseaudio calls are all asynchronous, gst (pulsesink element)

Your fix did work for me. Firefox (GTK3) and Evince worked as expected
with the AA change. It appears that GDM is what decided where to put the
Xauthority file. If I "dpkg-reconfigure gdm" and switch to LightDM then
the Xauthority file appears in $HOME again.

I too had huge problems with this issue. I have a 14.04 server blade
that takes ages to reboot, but currently it is the only way to restart
networking when adding for example network bridges.
This problem still exists. It is a feature regression. Stop denying that
fact so it can be fixed.

I found two ways that seem to make the h key reliably work, both by modifying:
/usr/share/maliit/plugins/com/ubuntu/keys/key_constants.js
and then "restart maliit-server"
1) change fontFamily from "Ubuntu Medium"; to "Ubuntu"
2) change fontSize from "2.5" to "2.4"

there's not really a reason why unity8 wouldn't display the incoming
call notification (unless it's not prompted to do so). This sounds more
like a telephony issue. Is there any indication at all on the device the
phone is actually receiving the call.

On BQ Aquaris HD4.5 Ubuntu Edition I found the following bug concerning
Croatian (hrvatski) keyboard layout,
when using the keyboard with browser it has a key that suggests domain name
shortcuts, it suggests .com which is ok, but that key also suggests .ba domain
as shortcu

Please provide screenshots of the lists, as well as /var/log/syslog.
It would also be useful if you could compare the output from other
devices with the output of 'nmcli dev wifi list', comparing it to the
contents of the indicators would be useful.
Finally, when you mention the indicator on PC,

Just reproduced this on my phone while testing an ofono fix for krillin:

krillin with two SIMs, the first PIN-locked. Testing consisted of just
hammering on the FlightMode switch. To be fully usable, this requires
unlocking
