[Torios] ToriOS update

Hi everyone, I am waiting on myself to finish with the settings manager. There have been some hidden bugs, and some inconsistencies with my use in various situations. These issues are being addressed. The other MAJOR thing we need to do is get the manual in order for release. Sam has stepped up

[Torios] default theme

Hi everyone, I finally updated the default theme a bit. I think the dark red for inactive windows was unfortunately hard to read. So, I made foreground windows brighter, and background windows darker. I also make the TaskList (running apps list in the panel) similar colors. I will be updating jwm-

[Torios] JWM update

Hi everyone! In my testing I found a few issues with JWM. The first was an incorrect positioning of icons in a vertical panel. The second was an incorrect scaling of SVG icons (of a certain size). I posted to Joe about these, and they are now fixed. I am constantly surprised by how fast he answer
