[Torios] new zenity applications zmktbl and ztweaks

Hi toriosadores, I have been playing with zenity and made 1. an improved 'zmktbl' to make tarballs and 2. a new application program for basic tweaks 'ztweaks' (keyboard settings and touchpad settings, that helps avoid problems in ToriOS live as well as in installed systems. *Files* -rw-r--r--.

Hi Jack and all other toriosadores, 'zmktbl' was not free from bugs. Israel found the first one, a silly 'copy and paste' bug actually only affecting the icon and text of some zenity window headers, but anyway, I made a quick update. I have tested that zmktbl and ztweaks work as intended in ToriOS
