Hey all, When I looked at our menu script recently I had a thought... Our Manual is ONLY in English. So, in order to make localized help we will need a pdf for each language. So we will need a package for each language. i.e. torios-help-en torios-help-fr torios-help-jp torios-help-zh and so on...

Hey everyone, I thought I'd update the team on the settings manager. I am currently reworking some things to implement a way to handle setting the background in more file managers. My main goal initially is to support PCManFM, and I have an explicit check for that, but I also browse the defaults.
