[Torios] Icon and background default

(I posted this to G+ group as well) It is getting close to time to decide some defaults. I am nearing the completion of the JWM Settings Manager. However to ensure a working install on all systems, we need to decide what we will need. That, said... The two pressing issues are ICONS and BACKGROUND.

[Torios] Moka Icons... :(

I chatted with snwh on #moka... He was not interested in us using his Icons as a default icon theme so we shall have to look elsewhere. Any ideas? I'd rather not use one specific to another flavour of Ubuntu, but I am open to options. I'd prefer them to be in PNG format, for our own easy use,
