[Torios] Website stuff

Hey everyone, I added a 'hidden' page about the Settings manager, in the Downloads page (at the bottom). If we want to setup a 'Developers' Page at some point we can do that. I haven't looked at the webpage code for quite some time, and in doing so I found I had missed the homepage logo I hadn

Thanks! If you (or anyone) notices any bugs with the website please let us know. I have been busy lately and hadn't had as much time to look into the website lately. Eventually I'd like to add some deb downloads for other users (particularly PowerPC), that way even if we don't make a ToriOS vers
