Why he sees my ip in the Chrome and Opera, but under TBB does not

Silly question, have you actually configured your other browsers to use
Tor?
If you've just fired up Tor (or TBB) then those other browsers won't use it
by default, because they don't know anything about it. You'll first need to
either configure transparent interception, or tell the browser to use

Hi,
What exactly is your problem with the FAQ pages?
It makes no sense to say vague things like the pages are "too verbose".
You need to actually raise an issue (maybe a ticket) to help improve the
documentation.
