- displays tor circuits and the streams attached to it?
It is not required to display them on a map, but it should display the 3

If you're comfortable with the command-line, you could try "carml":
https://carml.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
The command you probably want is "carml monitor". You can create and
destroy circuits and streams with "carml circ" and "carm stream"
sub-commands.
