my atube catcher dosen't work normaly with tor (it worked with other VPNs like
fastvpn or ...) also the rapidshare download bottom dosen't work with tor .
do you know what's the problem,please?

No. You need a local Tor client to use Tor, so it can learn about the
rest of the network, build your circuit, do the crypto, etc.
