Assuming they're both the same operating system I agree, I can't speak about
macOS to Linux, Linux to Windows, and the various other combinations of
switches which are available.

While I am not 100% sure if this is correct, but the Tor package should
be portable, so you can try just moving the whole folder across to
"transfer" the stuff.

It's not recommended to enable and use Tor Browser's password manager, using
something like KeePassXC or similar is better and makes things more portable.
As for bookmarks, you're probably stuck doing it manually unless you want to
try and copy files and risk corrupting your profile.
