Does something with “TOR Server” show up in the bill or receipt? Perhaps this
could be a reason.
I have three VPS running at Keyweb, Exone and VPSMalaysia – and they are all
payed with paypal.

You are right, I did not read his torrc.
Relays on randomly rotated (most ISP's have adopted a 24 hour lease
model) IP addresses are disruptive to long term connections anyway
(this is partially mitigated by not assigning them the stable flag,
but still) so in my opinion OP should just rent

That is the most ridiculous bullshit I've heard this entire year, why
does PayPal even care what you host on your servers, especially when
you are just re-routing traffic? I'm wondering if this is even legal,
sure they have the right to refuse service to anyone, but banning
someone payin
My relays are hosted on OVH. Hope there would no problems. Any ideas how paypal
knew? This is concerning.
