Hi, the tor network is currently doing quite well when it comes to the amount of unmeasured relays. I'd like to filter unmeasured relays for unexpectantly unmeasured relays only. Currently I have three criteria for why a relay is expected to be unmeasured: - relay is a directory authority - rela
