nodes, they would love to run more but finding hosters is hard. They are
called "Artikel 5 e.V."

MIT CSAIL has operated an exit for many years, longer than there's
been CSAIL actually started as a pet project of min in (now defunct)
AI Lab.
At this point it has grown some level of officialness.

In the Netherlands there is Hart voor Internetvrijheid that runs a couple of
relays. In addition to that, there's a yearly informal meeting open to
potential relay operators with a lot of room for interactive discussions on
operating relays.
