I contacted ITL (https://itldc.com/) as well two weeks ago. To me they refused opening an exit: "We decide to do not allow new public tor exit nodes in our network. Existing public tor exit nodes we be kept." Well that's unfortunate. I guess I'll have to hold on to my VPS for a long time. N
