this might only apply in the US and it may not be entirely correct, but it
does lay out that if you censor where the traffic goes to or comes from,
you surrender some rights.

ome time now not to use the default Ubuntu
repositories, but instead to add the torproject deb to the top of your
sources.list file.
the default repos should be updated, though. perhaps that should be part
of the ticket, too.

Moritz did/does have a page with ISP inqury templates, but they are
outdated
ks from the customer service reps, query onionoo for nodes running
within those and display a list of them. (how?)
in regards to the EFF partnership idea: i support this. getting the name
of a respectable entity who has experience in PR (what kind?) might help
with getting the ISPs on boar
