k by half because my provider asked me to -
it was for a period of time happily doing 75-90Mb/s each way. Relays
#2-4 should all be similar, but they're everywhere.

something better than 20, in the upper hundreds.
My other one that started working the week before is now chomping along
it's merry way.

Mine is now at 457, so I suspect it will continue to climb as the
network learns more.

My secret onion keys had 0 values, so I removed them and restarted Tor
and it went on it's merry way.
It's quite possible the cause of my crash was completely different than
Vincent and skyhighatrist, as neither of them indicated they had to do
that to get them back up and run

It took about a day for Tor Weather to report that a different server
went down...
It took about 3 days for it to notice the first server went down.
So, it's slower than molasses, but it will report system failures
eventually.

It took 3 days for Tor Weather to tell me one of my relays went down. I
had similar settings, I believe 0 bandwidth for an hour.
So, it's sorta kinda working? :)
