One way is to use the @reboot time in a cron job. If you run
crontab -e
you can edit your list of cron jobs and add in something
sudo systemctl enable tor

I'm hoping to spin up some webtunnel bridges in response to the call for more.
I currently run a few middle relays, but have never setup a bridge. I have
found a provider in the good-bad-isps list that offers additional IPv4

If you've installed Tor from the repositories it will install a systemd
.service and it should be enabled by default.
Check the status of tor.service :
$ systemctl status tor
