I have a Relay and a Bridge up and running with ssh password disabled, ssh
port changed and fail2ban installed.

They are both quite friendly to Tor relays, but
there are already many Tor relays running on
these ISPs. I think it's better to go with a smaller
ISP to keep the network healthy.
