What is the proper way to stop/start/restart a relay? I’ve ‘corrupted’ a few
relays during this process, for example a relay had a new fingerprint after
restarting the machine. Actually my biggest problems

Not sure, but does a bridge need a static IP and do you have a static
IP? We did run some bridge with static IP on a VPS before and killed
after a few moths without activity.
