In addition I DO NOT have the full Xfinity package. They can't even help me figure out my router so I'll be damned if I'm going to put them in charge of my entire home. My home phone runs through my Arris as well. As a matter of fact LONG numbers call here all the time from all over the world.

If I unplug my router. First, my router/modem does what it wants, when it wants. That thing lights up like a xmas tree by resetting itself sometimes as frequent as once a week to several times a day. Second, once unplugged nothing shows up. The guy next to me has Verizon and his never shows up.
