When Tomcat (5.0.2/WinNT) starts automatically as a Service does it use startup.bat? We have set the CATLINA_OPTS "Xmx:512m Xms:265m". This works fine if we start Tomcat from the prompt using startup.bat. However, these settings do not seem to apply when Tomcat is started as a Service at start u
