Look at the SingleSignOn valve (commented out by default in server.xml):
it's docs are on the Valve configuration reference page. This is a user
question, please continue this discussion on the tomcat-user mailing
list if you wish to continue it at all.

Sounds like you are after Tomcats Single Signon system.
Best to ask on the user list for that as the developer list is
for people developing Tomcat, not developing applications
using Tomcat.
