Just tested TC 4.0 m5 and mod_warp from my RPMs.
In my httpd.conf :
...
LoadModule ssl_module lib/apache/libssl.so
LoadModule perl_modulelib/apache/libperl.so
LoadModule dav_module lib/apache/libdav.so
LoadModule webapp_modulelib/apache
make a symbolic link, so the native code is in sync ?
