The first problem is solved now! :) I'm doing some research about the
workers.properties file.
So far I've only come across how to define workers and how to set
properties using that file but nothing on how to create the file itself.

I'm using the mod_jk module to connect Tomcat to Apache but I get the
following errors when I start the Tomcat server:
