Solved! I remember, that yestorday evening, I wrote and run rsync script witch on the beging execude the chmod 700 {DST}, where DST="/rsync/". I don't now how yet, but It changed the /lib/* perms to 700. I improve the perms and qmail start's fine ;-) Sorry for not told everythink what I don
