Thanks, I was added many IP pools with RBLSMTPD="" and there is a
problem, that a lot of virus coming in from this pools because no rbl
lookups and reverse dns check.

You can use /home/vpopmail/etc/defaultdomain too, if you have mostly
one domain. See in vpopmail source README.mysql

You don't have strange memory problem with courier-authlib? I have ~1000
users and 2x3GHz Intel Xeon with 2GB RAM. I must restart authlib weekly,
otherwise run out of full memory.

First remove comment and set this #define in toaster source in
chkuser_settings.h file:
#define CHKUSER_SENDER_NOCHECK_VARIABLE "SENDER_NOCHECK"
Second define SENDER_NOCHECK="" option in your tcp.smtp file for your
hosts.
