[toaster] "don't know how to make cert"

I am running openbsd 3.6. I installed netqmail, and then the qmail-toaster-0.6-1 patch. That went ok. But when I tried to make the SSL cert, I get the following errors: bash-3.00# make cert make: don't know how to make cert. Stop in /root/sandbox/2/netqmail-1.05. bash-3.00# cd netqmail-1.05 bash-
