Sounds really logical to me to first check against existing users before
running greylisting. Is there anything in place to
accomplish this with a running toaster?!
I looked into qmail-smtpd.c but cannot find the info about greylisting...
Maybe someone has a quick how-to :-)

Fyi: update works well with my setup with greylisting enabled.
As I see, the following patches weren't updated:
5.4.10-spamc.patch
5.4.10-spamc-to-maildrop.patch
I had those included in my installation but didn't use the functionality at all.
